What is the best rated plasma television and which do you recommend?
	We carry too many brands to recommend a particular model plasma TV. Check our our Buyer's Guide section and research a little bit to gain a better understanding of what's available
How do I know if the plasma TV is HDTV ready?
	In short, if the unit has a resolution of 1024 x 720 (1080i, 720p which HDTV comes in on 720p not 1080i yet); We recommend you take a look at our extensive Buyer's Guide section. We continue to receive extremely positive reviews on our Buyer's Guide.
Do your plasma TV's have tuners included?
	Some of them do and some don't. You'll need to read the description or view the PDF. If you are still unsure contact us. However, you can use a VCR or cable/satellite box for a tuner. If you want a HD tuner you'll need to request that from your cable company if you plan on running a digital signal.
Do I need separate speakers for a plasma TV?
	Most of plasma TV's only come with the monitor. The speakers are available for an additional cost. Please read the description or view the PDF to research this more. If unsure, contact us before ordering.
Do the plasma TV's come with stands, wall mounts, tuner cards, expansion cards ect?
	No, most of the time these items are sold separately. If unsure contact us before ordering.
What is the difference between Plasma TV and LCD?

I've heard some plasma TV's have a slight problem with performance at high altitudes?
	Yes, it's true. Some plasma TV's make a little more noise at high altitudes. NEC is the exception to this since the U.S. government often uses them in high altitudes situations.
If there is a pixel out, is the plasma TV considered defective?
	Plasma TV's can actually have a few (3 or more) pixels out and not be considered defective. The exact number of pixels depends on the manufacturer.

I just ordered, How long will it take to receive my plasma TV?
	We'll that depends. We use experienced shipping carriers that double-box each plasma before shipping it.
Here is our current shipping schedule
	$175 - all plasma TV's that are under 42" in size. $250 - all plasma TV's that are 42" or 43" in size. $275 - all plasma TV's that are 50" or 55" in size. $325 - all plasma TV's that are 60", 61", 63" + in size. Normal shipping is 7 days deferred freight. Add $50 more to receive 2-3 day expedite shipping. Overnight shipping is available on a per request basis and usually is double the cost of normal shipping.
Can I pick-up the plasma TV from your store?
	We use warehouses to store most of our inventory. These warehouses are not located in the state of Oklahoma. Therefore you do have the option of picking up the unit in Oklahoma. However, if you choose this option we can't be responsible for any damages that may occur while the plasma TV is in transit. Also, if you pick-up the plasma TV in Oklahoma you will be required to pay a state sales tax. You are required to contact us if you elect to pick-up the plasma TV.
If my plasma TV arrives cracked or broken what do I do?
	If the plasma TV arrives broken, you are to contact us ASAP! ...so we can get everything documented and get a replacement unit out to you right away.
Can I ship to a different address?
	Yes, but if paying by credit card, you must have the different or alternate shipping address on file with your card.
What carriers do you use to ship?
	We ship plasma TV's using either; AIT WorldWide, Excel, USF, Mach-1, Private Freight, etc.) We ship smaller items using UPS and Fedex.
Do I have to pay sales tax if I buy over the Internet?
	We do not charge sales tax unless you live in the state of Oklahoma.
What type of credit cards do you accept?
	We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diner's Club, and some Debit Cards
I heard you offer a CASH DISCOUNT, how do I get that?
	If you elect to pay using a bank wire or certified cashier's check, you will get an additional 2% off the total price of your order. Shipping doesn't apply.
Do you offer Personal/Business financing?
	Yes, we offer both personal financing and business leasing. We endorse the PayPal Buyer Credit, GE Consumer Program.  Contact us to find out more.
Do I get a warranty?
	Yes, all new products that we sell come with a manufactures warranty. These are usually 1 year with the exception of Samsung and Hitachi which offer 2 year warranties. We offer extended warranty plans that provide excellent protection for a ridiculously low price considering the added value.
