envisionTEK collects and stores only OPT IN type information that you
willingly supply to us. This information is used by us to process orders.
We do maintain a customer database. IP addresses are recorded and are
only used to confirm origin of order in the case of a dispute or attempted
fraud. In some cases, a Cookie can be stored for the use to remember returning
customers and information. We completely respect your privacy and in no
way support SPAM (unsolicited email).
envisionTEK is required by law and the credit card companies to maintain
records for a period of one year. These records are kept in hard copy
form in our office. Our server is a secure 128 bit encrypted technology
system with PGP encrypted database and for extra security all credit card
data is cleared from the secure server immediately after order is processed.
At no time does envisionTEK ever put your credit card data at risk.

telephone, by using a Cart Technology, or by fax. Payment options include
credit card, checks, business check, cashiers check, purchase order, wire

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. envisionTEK may extend
Net 30 Terms on all Fortune 100 companies, Government, and Educational

| Returns Policies |
| envisionTEK accepts returns of manufacture defective
merchandise within 14 days of your original invoice or delivery date. If
you need to return a defective product to us, you must call us at 1 866.368.4746
within 14 days of the original invoice or delivery date. Your call will
be handled by a Technical Support Representative who will verify the nature
of the defect and determine eligibility for return. If the product is eligible
for return, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
RMAs are valid for 14 days, and the product(s) must be received by envisionTEK
before the RMA expires. We are unable to accept for return any product received
after the expiration of the RMA. |

All products must be returned complete and in the original packaging
with all warranty cards, manuals, cables, remote controls and any other
documentation. A valid RMA number must be displayed clearly and conspicuously
on the outside of the packaging Shipping and handling charges are not
refundable. Plasma TV Monitors, Mounts, Projectors and LCD TVs are subject
to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns of any used mount or
mount accessories.
All returns must be in a resalable condition including, original packaging
and packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons and documentation,
registration and warranty materials, and like-new condition of the merchandise
and packaging materials.

| FRAUDULENT ORDERS |
| All fraudulent orders are reported to local authorities
and Credit Card Companies. When a fraudulent order is received we will attempt,
to notify the cardholder or their issuing bank that the card is being misused
or reported stolen. envisionTEK will prosecute any parties to the full extent
of the law if fraudulent activity is found using our website. |

| Refused Shipments |
| If an order is not damaged and a customer refuses
shipment, the customer can be billed up to double the published rate as
we are charged for the return shipments by our shipping agents. |

| Credit Card Charge backs and Returned Checks |
| Any check returned NSF or any improper Credit Card
chargeback, ex. But not limited to: not recognizing the charge on card (Phone
number is on the statement) will be charged a minimum 35 dollar fee. Any
party making false claims or statements on a chargeback request will be
held liable by law for any damages incurred. |

| RMA Details |
|
A valid RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside
of the packaging PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX. This makes the item non-resalable.
Accepting Products Offered (A/V Products)
|

| The following procedures should be followed when receiving your shipment: |
|
Check for any visible damage to the box and packaging before signing
for your plasma screen. There is normally a "tip and tell" indicator attached
to the outside of the plasma display box. This indicator will show you
whether the plasma TV box has been tipped" sideways while in transit
to your desired location. It is important that plasma displays be kept
upright in shipping. Therefore, if the "tip and tell" indicator is activated
with blue sand, it is essential that this be NOTED on the freight bill.
Sign for the plasma display shipment, but NOTE any damage to the box or
activation of the "tip and tell" indicator.
Next, check the screen for damages by removing the box packaging and
inspecting the actual screen. If there is damage to the screen itself
or other physical damage to the unit, this MUST be reported to us within
48 hours of receipt of the product. We offer a 30-day manufacture defective
replacement guarantee for plasma screens which suffer from a manufacturer's
defect ONLY. IT IS UNDERSTOOD envisionTEK WILL NOT REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE
PLASMA SCREENS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise taking care not to damage
the original packaging. Do not fill out the manufacturer's warranty card
until your initial dealer warranty ends. Keep the original packaging for
at least the first 30 days after purchase. We recommend storing the original
packaging for the life of the product in case the unit has to be shipped
to a service center for repair.

| Warranty Replacement for Plasma TV |
| envisionTEK offers a 30 day replacement warranty for
manufacture defective plasma displays covered by the manufacturers initial
failure warranty policy. This covers almost any defect that cannot be repaired
in home or office with simple troubleshooting or adjustment. Please contact
a envisionTEK by phone at 1 866.368.4746 with a description of any problem
you may be having and we will ship you a replacement unit while arranging
for your existing manufacture defective unit to be picked up at no additional
cost to you. |

| Plasma TV Returns Procedure |
|
If your product is defective in any way please call us at 1 866.368.4746.
We will arrange for pickup of all defective plasma TV's within the first
30 days the date of receipt. All non-defective plasma TV returns must
also be return shipped within 14 days after receipt, and are subject to
a 20% restocking fee.
In order to speed the repair of some products we have made arrangements
for our customers to deal directly with the manufacturer. These products
will be identified when you call for an RMA number. All returned products
must be returned in the original boxes with ALL contents included, any
products with the warranty card completed or goods not in their original
packaging will be refused. RMA's must be issued by phone. Please call
1 866.368.4746 if you need to return a product. Only products with a valid
RMA number will be accepted.

| Pixel Defect Policy |
|
We follow plasma display guidelines when addressing pixel
outage on a plasma display panel purchased from our company. Though these
guidelines are not published they generally are stated as follows:
pixel out red, green, or black - is within manufacturers specifications
and the plasma display is not considered a defective product. Manufacturers
do not replace a plasma display with one pixel out.
pixels out red, green, or black - a plasma display with 2 defective pixels
is considered on a case-by-case basis. If both pixels are located around
the center of the screen's viewing area the unit will likely be replaced.
If the pixel defects are located on the outskirts of the center screen
viewing area the unit will likely not be replaced.
Three or more defective red or green pixels - A unit with 3 or more red
or green pixels defective in the central viewable area will typically
be replaced according to most manufactures polices. Please clarify by
researching your plasma product.

| Non Defective Returns |
| All non-defective returns authorized by envisionTEK
are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are subject to the same return conditions
outlined above. |

| Canceling Your Order in Transit or if not yet Received |
| If you wish to cancel your order after it has been
shipped you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and the associated shipping
amount. |
| |
| Plasma TVs at high elevations |
| Plasma Monitors at elevations of around 6250 feet
and higher may experience a buzzing noise or an increased fan noise caused
by pressure on the gas plasma envelope of the plasma display. |

| Most of our plasma screens are shipped using AIT Worldwide
Professional services, Admiral, Roadway, Watkins, New Penn, Con-way, ABF,
Emery, Eagle, Ultimate Express, Vanis, All Island, USF, USF Red Starr, Air
Cargo, Target, etc. Smaller items such as small LCDs and Projectors are
shipped using Fed-ex or UPS depending upon the speed and request of the
customer. |
